The Human Resources Specialist reports to the VP Finance & Operations.This position is responsible for all phases of Human Resources services for a staff of 35-50 regular and contact employees at multiple locations including International. Areas of responsibility include: strategic design and execution of HR policies, processes and procedures; new hire paperwork, on-boarding and provisioning; employee relations, development and training; associated programs, processes and systems for recruitment and employee tracking; legal and company integrity compliance; benefits administration, tracking and distribution; employee performance management and annual reviews; oversight and maintenance of compensation structure and payroll administration.
