This position will be instrumental in assisting with the creation of events that continue to develop the KRTH and KTWV brand in the market.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:• Work with the NTR Sales Manager to assist KTWV-FM and KRTH-FM Account Executives to increase NTR revenue opportunities.• Conducts client specific research, using CBS Radio research tools and other resources.• Cultivates relationships with potential clients.• Assist in presentation development for the NTR Sales Manager.• Attend concept and brainstorming meetings.• Solicit bids from various vendors/contractors to perform services, per the needs of our clients.• Maintain detailed recaps on client project deliverables.• Other duties and requirements as necessary.Required Skills/Experience Minimum of 2 years work-related experience. Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative on projects. Marketing and promotions background a must. Effective communication skills both written and verbal are essential. Must have excellent people and resource management skills. Organizational skills and creativity are essential. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle several projects simultaneously and have the ability to drive projects to completion with an emphasis on hitting deadlines, and work well under pressure. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Adobe Photoshop knowledge is preferred.
