This position is for a high performing, senior offering manager and technologist to drive our mobile security services strategy and portfolio globally. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mobility solutions and be capable of working with clients, sales, partners and cross-IBM groups to shape our offerings and go to market.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a leading mobile security services portfolio (consulting, managed and potentially cloud based services)- Interact closely with customers, sales, analysts and senior leadership to obtain a detailed understanding of business and market requirements- Translate requirements into initiatives based on analysis of strategic value, business impact, market attractiveness, and required investment- Complete research as required and present findings with prioritized next steps, including budget and resource allocations required- Support cross-brand strategic mobility initiativesRequirements:- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze and understand complex, multi-faceted problems- Deep understanding of the IT security market and competitive landscape (with emphasis on Mobility)- Demonstrated experience communicating and interacting with senior leadership- Top-notch written and oral communication skills- Strong organization and execution skills, ability to get results on time.- Superior business acumen skills, including cost / business cases and analysis- Experience with negotiation and consensus building to support internal and 3rd party discussions- Self motivated and ability to operate completely autonomously- Bachelors degree or higher education required- Prior product management experience preferredRequired* Bachelor''s Degree* Readiness to travel 10% travel annually* English: FluentPreferred* Master''s Degree in Business/ManagementIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
