Skills
Previous test lead experience leading test
teams on large projects experience with test
software such as HP Quality Center, QTP, etc.
Ability to create test strategies, test
plans and test cases ability to multi-task and
prioritize effectively excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
Requirements
7 years experience in a Senior level
Network Security role
Will be responsible for developing the
test strategy, test plan and test cases for a
network security project that focuses on both
hardware infrastructure and security software
testing.
The candidate should have proven knowledge
and experience leading these types of testing
efforts for both hardware and software testing.
Personality Requirements  Strong analytical
skills  ability to translate data to strategy
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent organization and time management skills
Visual design skills are a strong plus
Conceptual thinking, presentation skills at a high
level.  A drive for wanting to build products
from the users point of view  Ability to work on
multiple projects with minimal assistance from
fellow team members  Excellent written and verbal
communication skills  Ability to work and
communicate pro-actively with business owners, and
clients
Cultural Requirements  Passionate. Must have
hunger and ambition  the desire to perform every
day without needing external motivation.  Humble.

Education
College degree is helpful but not required. Real
world experience is more important.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive Rural Market Rates Paid
