The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years contract security experience with payroll expertise. WinTeam payroll experience is highly desirable. Compensation for this position is $15.00+/hourly.Coordinate and lead the facilitation of timely, accurate processing and submission of officer payroll/timesheets utilizing the WinTeam payroll module. Problem solving and hands-on monitoring and communication with all supervisors is key to daily and weekly activities to ensure an accurate review and correction of payroll submission to the Account Manager.Essential Functions:* Ensure each supervisor submits and accounts for all officers working regular and special event hours and executes all processing requirements relating to Payroll* Observes and adheres to client payroll processing and reporting* Provide compliance support* Provides primary problem analysis and resolution and communicates to Account Manager* Provides on-going training and guidance to supervisors directly or through the direction of the Account Manager* Identifies, recommends and implements process improvement opportunities - drives changeQualifications:* Payroll compliance and processing experience required* Supervisor experience required * Minimm 4 years of Payroll experience - WinTeam exp highly desirableMinimum 4 years of contract security supervisory experience preferredRequirements:* Possess a California Guard Card or be willing to secure the guard card* Security contract scheduling experience coupled with the payroll exp desirable * Minimm 4 years of Payroll experience - WinTeam exp highly desirableMinimum 4 years of contract security scheduling/supervisory experience preferredWe offer competitive compensation package including salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.We are the largest American-owned security company in the United States yet we recognize that any one individual can make a real difference.
