JOB SUMMARY:

* Develop and execute Construction Claims Service
strategies and programs in the Los Angeles, CA
Region with specific focus on transportation
market.
* Market and promote construction claims services,
management of projects, financial planning, and
control for transportation clients.
* Establish and maintain professional business
relations with clients.
* Lead a team in the analysis or preparation of a
complex construction claims, being responsible for
the end deliverable to the client, whether it be a
report, presentation or expert testimony.
* Experience with Bridge, Highway and Roadway
construction, and a strong construction background
on large, complex projects is highly preferred. An
intuitive knowledge and ability to quickly
understand principals of construction and
contractor means and methods is necessary.
* Management experience, along with extensive
experience in Project Controls, CPM scheduling,
delay analysis, productivity analysis, claims and
dispute resolution, Earned Value analysis and
trending, construction contracting, planning,
staffing, budget management, and resource
allocation required.
* Exceptional written and verbal communications
and organizational skills are a must. The
successful candidate must interface effectively
with clients, coworkers, and others.
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum years of experience 10+ years of
related progressive construction claims analysis
and resolution experience, expert testimony and
program and project management experience in a
leadership role. No less than 5 years of active
bridge and highway construction

* Education required BS/BA Degree in Engineering,
Architecture, Construction Management, Law, or a
closely related field from an accredited

* Registrations/Certifications required PE., RA,
CCM or Esq.#8194#8194
* Skills required Project Controls, CPM
scheduling, delay analysis, productivity analysis,
claims and dispute resolution, Earned Value
analysis and trending, construction contracting,
planning, staffing, budget management, and
