customer service to resolve issues.Create accurate
project timeline forecasts. Create software which
setup, test and diagnose direct and network
attached disk drive subsystems
Periodically work in lab with firmware engineers
and bus analyzers
Qualifications
Desire and ability to multitask may need to
manage more than one code project at a time
Very organized with strong documentation, tracking
and detail management.  Does not let things fall
through cracks
Takes initiative i.e. fixes problems without
prompting and tries to head off known upcoming
issues before they become problems
Track record of successful software project
management
Ability to work with other team members
Strong commitment to work within and improve
established processes, or create new processes as
required
Committed to proper source code management i.e.
SubversionExtensive experience with C/C++
Solid knowledge of Networking and networking
protocols, RAID storage,
Knowledge of Windows Driver Kit, SCSI commands and
USB 2.0  3.0 /1394, plug and play
Proficient with Microsoft Visual Studio
development environment. Must have BS or 10 yrs
exp.
Disk drive storage related knowledge is a big plus
