Title QC SUPERVISOR 2ND SHIFT
Paramount Farms, City LOST HILLS

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Supervisory support for QC personnel leads and hourly QCs
Effectively manage personnel issues
Appropriate scheduling of QCs to production lines as needed
Implement and maintain effective training program for QCs
Establish confidence that QC results are reliable and accurate
Continuous refresher training
Verify effective training through observations, exams, etc.
Lead safety tailgate training sessions
Standard work procedures
Assist with various Management Reports, including but not limited to
RQS Reports
Correction/Corrective action performance
Lot Control
Hold reports
Effectively communicate between QC and Production
Ability to raise issues to higher levels of management
Represent PFI during third party and customer audits as assigned.<br><br>
**Requirements** 1-3 years supervisor/lead experience  food manufacturing environment desired
Excellent communications skills
Distinctive, results driven problem solver
Able to execute implementation plans
Bilingual - English/Spanish is required<br><br>
