JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure that business targets are met, as well as to ensure that the best practice in the Food Safety, Legality and quality of products manufactured. Ensure effective teamwork through the business. Ensure systematic planning and control of all operational management activities. Responsible for the achievement of the weekly profit and loss through the Operational teams, and over 400 Employees. Manage and develop key performance indicators. Maintain and improve customer service levels. Ensure 100% adherence to all relevant quality systems. Deliver the challenging multi-SKU product development churn of over 100 items per year. Responsible for capital investment strategy, and production of the annual site budget. Deliver the Lean continuous improvement agenda. Maximize productivity with a proactive strategy for further investment to sustain competitive advantage and reduce operating costs. Promote and uphold companys vision and values. Successful integration of equipment, projects and capital spending through effective communication. Ensure that multiple departments achieve business objectives. Negotiate key supplier contracts.
REQUIREMENTS Must a BS degree or foreign equivalent degree in any discipline and 5 years experience in a highly dynamic and changing multi SKU, sub category short shelf life chilled foods manufacturing business. Must have demonstrated the ability to lead large groups of people to deliver product churn of over 100 SKUs whilst manufacturing the highest chilled foods food safety quality KPIs.
