Responsible for installations, maintenance and support of Middleware Applications like Oracle Fusion Middleware.  Facilitates the creation of operational readiness documents. Reviews and develops performance and capacity plans operational capacity and load requirements. Defines specifications for onboarding new offerings, including troubleshooting, patch processes, cross organizational incident management processes, and security breach response plans. Implements plans for application disaster recovery, migration, roll-back plans, expansion, routine deployments, and system upgrades. Provides metrics reporting on applications performance, availability, and reliability. Manages application deployment processes. Prepares incident management reports, including initial problem analysis, management status, resolution, and follow up defect reporting. Prepares technical documentation on supported applications and operational tools. Responsible for Application Deployment Plan and implementation. Implements and Configures monitoring agents at the software layer, and the development of meaningful alerts and the escalation procedures. Utilizes metrics to manage and assess deliverables. Assists in identifying skill set gaps, recruiting, selecting and training new hires. Travel required approximately 3% of time.
Reqs Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related degree. Four 4 years professional experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Professional experience or academic knowledge must include Middleware Application - Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle Application Integration Architecture AIA SOA Suite 10g / 11g Weblogic 10.3.x Linux / Unix Admin skills OEM 10g / 11g.
