Participating in field inspections at failure and
accident sites
Conducting analytical and hands-on failure
investigations
Planning and executing laboratory diagnostic tests
Performing mechanical and numerical analysis
Testing of mechanical designs under realistic
conditions to determine the cause of accidents and
failures
Preparing written reports, proposals, and
presentations
Qualifications for these positions include
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace
Engineering or related field is required
Excellent and creative problem solving ability
Outstanding verbal and written communication
skills
Able to work independently, as well as lead and
work in multidisciplinary teams
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced consulting
environment
