It leverages both cloud and hosted infrastructure and is designed to scale to millions of users and billions of files.· Drive SaaS operations including performance management, implementation of SLAs· Over time, manage and lead a small team of operations engineers to deploy, analyze, troubleshoot and scale the service – keep it running and meeting enterprise-grade performance and security standards· Work with very large relational and NoSQL databases· Work with Windows, SQL Server, IIS, the LAMP stack, AWS (EC2, S3, ELB & more), and a custom datacenter· Work with cutting edge runtime features in .NET, languages like C#, Java, PHP· Continue to design and build the tools for a Dev Ops inspired backend management and monitoring systemSkills· Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup· As a 24X7X365 organization, shift work, holidays, weekends and on-call responsibilities may be required· Background in software engineering, service and support· Experience with SaaS· Strong Windows and Mac system management· SQL programming · Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, high growth environment.· Cross-Functional skill.· Leadership Skills.· Communication skills.· Organizational skills.· Customer Service skill.Competencies Experience/Education· MS or equivalent· 8+ years management experience in Software/SaaSSyncplicity, an EMC Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
