is responsible for Mission and Values
implementation, operational leadership and
direction of all Mercy Medical Center dietary and
nutrition services, performance planning and
improvement, clinical quality, fiscal and service
results, patient, customer and employee
satisfaction. Assigned departments/services within
the department of Nutrition Services include
kitchen and cafeteria operations and clinical
dietician functions for Mercy Medical Center
Merced. Qualifications Minimum 1. Bachelors
degree in Nutrition or related discipline 2. Must
have a record of demonstrating leadership
competencies and management style that exemplify
the Dignity Health Values and Mercys Standard of
Performance Desired 1. Knowledge of current and
emerging industry trends affecting health care 2.
Must possess and maintain a current Registered
Dietitian RD license with American Dietitian
Association ADA. 3. Management experience in
hospital foodservice or hotel management
