Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Utilize maintenance systems for work orders, breakdown sheets, inspections, breakdowns. 2. Diagnose equipment and machine problems and make repairs as needed. 3. Perform repair (scheduled and non-scheduled) in prescribed method to resolve equipment problems, using normal range of hand tools. 4. Maintain maintenance log book, check sheets, breakdown and inspection sheets, and work orders. 5. Assist in movement and installation of machines and equipment in printing/packaging area. We would like someone with industrial maintenance mechanic experience with printing experience if at all possible, this would be ideal. Up to 10 color print equipment; approximately 12 lines in production; 1 maintenance mechanic per shift - pneumatic and hydraulic experience; light electrical; no automation, no programming Other Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Install various attachments and accessories such as pumps, motors, switches, valves, guards, etc. 2. Perform preventive maintenance assistance as scheduled. 3. Participate in small process improvement teams. Job Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Certifications, Skills): High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
