Payroll administration including commission, severance, expense, and bonus payments
Process multi-state, biweekly payroll for 50+ domestic salaried and non-exempt employees
Process monthly multi-national payroll for 50+ international employees
Assist in the monthly accounting close process and support audits as needed
Provide HR staffing, process employment changes, etc/office management support as needed
Provide assistance to executive management with special projects as well as payroll/HR reports
Requirements
2 - 4 years payroll experience
1 - 3 years of human resources experience
1 - 3 years of international and payroll tax experience
Knowledge of payroll processing systems. ie ADP TotalSource.
Knowledge of Oracle 11i a plus
Bachelor in accounting preferred
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills
Highly detailed, professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
