This includes web pages, product briefs, web graphics and other various marketing deliverables.The ideal candidate would be proactive by nature, knowledgeable in print and web publishing formats, and able to ramp quickly in a fast-paced marketing environment. As a representative of an internal service organization, this candidate must be able to drive adoption of processes and service-level agreements, and proactively set expectations with stakeholders for all work to be completed by all key service providers in the localization process.The ideal candidate is proactive by nature, knowledgeable in all aspects of print and web publishing, and able to quickly ramp up in a fast-paced marketing environment. The Marketing Specialist - Localization position includes marketing writing and requires the ability to create copy for emails, web pages, banner ads and other deliverables in support of marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Guide documents through the localization process, managing traffic between numerous vendors and reviewers and meeting aggressive deadlines. Time management and attention to detail are essential.o Distribute source documents between two translation agencieso Assign translated docs to appropriate reviewerso Communicate review feedback back to the translation agency and ensure its implementationo Collect finalized fileso Distribute localized files to creative/web team for publishingActively monitor and prioritize work queue based on company prioritiesBuild weekly reportAudit website and document library for localization needsManage vendor relationshipsAssist with project management for web/creative projects as requiredSkills:Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal formProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PPTMust be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficientlyFamiliar with online and offline publishing tools (MS Sharepoint, Acrobat, etc.)
