Guide documents through the localization process,
managing traffic between numerous vendors and
reviewers and meeting aggressive deadlines. Time
management and attention to detail are essential.
o Distribute source documents between two
translation agencies
o Assign translated docs to appropriate reviewers
o Communicate review feedback back to the
translation agency and ensure its implementation
o Collect finalized files
o Distribute localized files to creative/web team
for publishing
Actively monitor and prioritize work queue based
on company priorities
Build weekly report
Audit website and document library for
localization needs
Manage vendor relationships
Assist with project management for web/creative
projects as required
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both in written
and verbal form
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and
PPT
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
efficiently
Familiar with online and offline publishing tools
