Additional responsibilities include providing direction of professional services to consultants, security operations and other outside vendors.Key Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities:?Supervises maintenance crew?Decisions and recommendation critical to efficient operations of the Facility?Communicates directly with all levels of management staff ?Communicates directly with vendors, consultants, and other professional service providers?Responsible for managing a departmental budget and AR s.Key Skills and Competencies Required:?This position requires the incumbent to have a broad knowledge of the building facility, conveyor systems, electrical components and a keen ability to solve problems in a timely and efficient manner.Education and Experience Required:?Technical degree required and broad knowledge of building/facility maintenance, conveyor systems, experience and education on electrical systems
