<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Perform complex engineering designs and analyses utilizing current technology including MS Suite, STADD Pro, Smart Plant Review, ASCE, MathCAD and Snaglt. Gather data and complete engineering calculations and studies. Prepare reports regarding findings and final recommendations. Direct Designers as they gather data and prepare engineering design calculations. Consult with clients to prepare engineering project specifications. Establish project scope, budgets and schedules with customers for engineering design projects. Recommend staffing requirements, scope changes and budget amendments to ensure projects are completed in an efficient and cost effective manner. Identify problems and make recommendations for technical deviations from client specifications. Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control guidelines. Plan technical audits and support CAD and design checking. Mentor and facilitate training of department employees. Coordinate external and internal training for engineering design systems and engineering applications. Interpret regulatory codes and amendments to identify and resolve non-compliance issues.  Support and ensure adherence to HSE programs and policies.
Requirements Masters degree in Structural Engineering with five years of experience in dynamic and vibration analysis of structures and foundations.
Alternate requirements Ph.D. in Structural Engineering with two years of experience in dynamic and vibration analysis of structures and foundations
