Frontline Sales Internship: The 3M Frontline Initiative summer program offers qualified students a once-in-a-lifetimeopportunity to sell for 3M Unitek. During the 10-12 week assignment, the first 1.5 weeks are spent in an orientation and training program. Participants will then spend the remainder of the summer selling in a designated assignment. Compensation and subsidized housing will be provided for those who qualify.Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* Achieve specific sales objectives for assigned territory or account subset* Develop basic understanding of product lines, customer segments and their needs, competitive products, prices and policies* Perform work as an individual contributor within a forecast target or as a sales team member* Territory management to include identifying territory quadrants and creating a coverage plan* Sales planning thorough account research and appointments/calls* Understanding of customer
