JOB SUMMARY:

Ask lifestyle questions to thoroughly understand customer needs, offer relevant services, solutions, and accessories so customer can make informed decision to complete their purchase. Utilize all relevant sales tools to drive profitable growth. Leverage on-line resources, tools and peer knowledge to self train. Attend and participate in all required training and meetings. Understand and execute store shrink plan. Requires at least 16 years of age, 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and move up to 100% of the time. High school diploma preferred. Part-time/Occasional seasonal-shift varies.
