JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in all operations of the home community. Responsible for preparing vacant homes for move-ins.
Ensure that all vacated homes are thoroughly restored to make ready status in a timely manner. Inspect vacated homes and complete a checklist in regard to make-ready. Inform Maintenance Supervisor of needed services and repairs. Good knowledge of the construction field including minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor carpentry skills.
at least one year of experience in apartment or home maintenance and repair. Must provide your own tools and have reliable transportation and pass a 7 year criminal background investigation.
