Serves as an Attorney-Advisor (General) for the U.S. Army Garrison Presidio of Monterey with responsibility for the investigation, processing and final settlement or recommendation for final settlement on tort claims against the United States, arising out of the activities of the U.S. Army, National Guard, Army Reserve and other Department of Defense agencies.

 

About the Position:
This is an attorney position for a small installation legal office on the Central Coast of California.  There are 10 civilian and military attorneys in an office of 25 people.  It is located in a high cost area similar to San Francisco.
