JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Responsible for supervising the implementation of the Companys marketing and sales plans.  Ensures high product quality and availability.  Promotes and maintains a high level of customer service, ensuring continued patronage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Implements Company policies, standards, systems and procedures to attain excellence in customer satisfaction
Performs administrative duties and completes required reports accurately and by the Company set deadlines
Ensures the efficient operation of Company facilities and equipment
Submits recommendations to the Area Manager any systems and procedures that can further improve branch/store operations
Attends monthly store operations meetings and any other meetings that may be required
Ensures that the stores opening and closing procedures are strictly adhered to
May be assigned to assist in training new personnel outside of your respective store
Ensures the effective implementation of all policies and procedures in cashiering
Relieves the cashier during meal and rest periods
Responsible for the efficient management of the store to advance optimum profits
Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook
Performs other duties as assigned by Area Manager
People Development
Continuously trains Store Supervisor to be equipped on effective store operations and people skills techniques
Administers disciplinary actions, guidance and counseling to store employees
Responsible for overall training and development of branch/store personnel
Quality Control
Audits product quality to maintain highest level of quality systems and control standards
Coordinates with Quality Assurance on corrective action on quality systems and control problems
Monitors and corrects branch/store personnels appearance, courtesy, suggestive selling techniques, etc.
Handles customer complaints at the branch/store level
Maintains a high-level of customer interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensures strict adherence to the food safety procedures in the store
Sales
Forecasts sales of all products
Implements local store marketing activities to achieve sales forecasts
Prepares sales and other related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Reviews and analyzes actual sales performance of the branch/store against sales targets/plan
Profitability
Responsible for the proper maintenance of all equipment in the stores to prevent breakdowns and minimize cost repairs
Conducts accurate month-end inventory of all finished products, supplies, and raw materials in the store
Ensures optimum labor efficiency of the stores through proper planning and scheduling of staff

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
3 years Associate degree
Tips
