IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria. Perform QA
inspection on medical devices box build/system
integration by utilizing vPoke QA inspection
computer application along with provided
documentations such as Work Instructions, Assembly
Drawings, Schematics, etc. to ensure the products
meet customers specifications. Inspect Device
History Records DHR and other required documents
for compliance. Conduct out of box audit OBA on
shipments by employing AQL plan. Record inspection
defect data in Spotlight Defect Tracker
application. Communicate and report issues found
to responsible departments. Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications 2 years of
inspection experience with PCBA and finished
mechanical assemblies. Preferred Skills /
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of inspection
experiences in PCBA and finished mechanical
assemblies. Knowledge and experiences in
inspecting PCBA, mechanical assemblies, cable/wire
harness assemblies, sheet metals, machined parts,
plastics parts. Knowledge of IPC-A-610, mechanical
workmanship, cosmetic, etc. standards. Familiar
and know how to use a variety of inspection tools
