Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. Review and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Inspect or direct the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules. Create, maintain, and periodically report statistical analyses that demonstrate condition (and significant trends) directly related to the PM Program, the RCM Program, and the Facility Condition Assessment Program.Level of Supervision:Does not supervise others.Education & Experience: (or equivalent)Bachelor
