Successfully engage with product management, sales, corporate marketing, sales enablement, channel and other cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth, market leadership and awareness for Symantecs specific software products and product lines. Assist with the management of the Launch Readiness program for an assigned region. Working in collaboration with various teams in an assigned region, utilize technical knowledge and expertise to ensure product readiness from a go-to-market
perspective. Responsible for the Requirements Checkpoint, Commit to Solution and Launch Readiness Review processes, ensuring adherence to set design configuration and solutions requirements. Employ technical expertise to address complex issues provide in-depth analysis of data and situations affecting product
performance complete technical evaluation of environmental factors recommend improvements and present effective solutions to address product concerns as they arise. Contribute to partner and channel enablement, training strategy and content delivery. Work with demand generation and field marketing teams on program strategy and content creation for conferences, trade shows, webcasts, and field events. Build positive relationships with industry analysts. Create content for analyst briefings and inquiry calls.
Requires Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field and 2 years experience in job offered or in a product marketing/management or engineering related occupation.
