Responsibilities The Manager, Marketing
Strategy and Operations is considered the expert
in the region providing guidance on reporting
pipeline and opportunity driven by marketing
activities across the Americas region
This individual will work with several regional
teams to provide expertise on best practices for
regional reporting, including developing
dashboards summarizing pipeline based on marketing
activities, providing quarterly sales leadership
marketing review data, and aligning with peers on
other teams to collaborate and share reporting
needs and create alignment.
Reporting requirements include, but not limited
to
Understanding of the Demand Generation waterfall
methodology and applying it to regional reporting
Providing regular reporting on marketing
influenced opportunities in Salesforce.com
Develop and maintain regular reporting on lead
status
QualificationsDegree qualification or
equivalent experience of at least 7+ years
Background in a business intelligence or
marketing analytics role beneficial
Previous experience and/or knowledge working
with Salesforce.com, Business Objects and Aprimo
Adept in researching data from various sources
and consolidating into a business-level report
Strong communication skills to work with
business leaders to understand needs and be able
to articulate limitations in a business-level
discussion
Ability to be a problem solver and look for
different ways to gather and present information
Adept in visualizing concepts into presentation
form, via graphics, PowerPoint and Excel
