project and program requirements.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable of compliance frameworks, mandates
and requirements
Leads assessment, design and technical
implementation activities on the CCS product
platform
Documents solution requirements given business and
technical objectives
Designs pilot and production architecture given
success criteria
Defines and Develops assessment contents
Integrates with Asset Management
Guides customer though compliance and risk
development
Executes pilot against success criteria/test plan
Completes production deployment
Creates and Maintains ongoing as-built
documentation
Leads root cause analysis and troubleshooting
effort for production deployment
Functions as a liaison between the client and
Symantec Development and Support groups
Reports issues, anomalies and problems through
proper channels i.e., account management,
technical support
Provides incident status reports as required
Documents all recommendations to management so
they can be routed to the responsible department
Achieves Key Performance Indicators
Perform other duties relevant to deployment and
security operations as assigned
