<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Under general supervision, oversees the daily production and service of food and beverages at one of the campus food units, coffee houses, and/or other convenience store locations.  Oversees proper ordering and receiving of food and supplies, planning and monitoring of menus and ensures high caliber of presentation and service of food items.  Controls floor staff trains and supervises employees in proper use of equipment, customer service, food handling, sanitation, and safety inspects food facilities for compliance with sanitary, safety and housekeeping standards assigns and maintains work schedules.  Maintains cost accounting paperwork and inventory may participate in varying phases of projecting sales for new budgets implements budget and controls expenses and performs other duties as assigned.
