<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Under general supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the Quality Assurance Specialists conducts internal audits of client medical records, monthly reports, service logs and other records related to the requirements set by contract and grant funded programs prepares internal reports detailing the audit findings assists the Clinical Program Manager in providing targeted trainings for program staff conducts follow up reviews to ensure that the chart deficiencies have been corrected by program staff maintains audit tracking database, monitors and tracks areas for correction by program staff co-leads documentation and billing trainings for program staff interfaces with direct service staff, supervisors, and managers performs day to day administrative tasks provides ongoing and specific training attends meetings performs other duties as assigned.
