Explore the impact of shopper behavior on Food Enhancer Category Brands and uncover associated shopper opportunities. Influence brand shopper engagement strategies. Ensure shopper perspective is taken into account for innovation pipeline. Develop Shopper Engagement Platforms Commercialize shopper insights via shopper platform development in line with brand and retailer strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Category Advisory Services and Retail Communications Manager on development and execution of all shopper marketing initiatives. Collaborate on the Shelf Strategy Collaborate with Category Advisory Services in support of best-in-class shelf management. Develop and deliver insights and analytics tools to field for strategy sell-in. Collaborate with customers to test and learn at shelf. Influence Corporate Calendar provide input into strategic corporate planning process to ensure shopper voice is adequately represented. ***** REQUIREMENTS ***** Master of Science or equivalent foreign degree in Business Administration, or related market research field, plus Three 3 years of work experience in the job offered, or as a Sales Manager, or related sales or Analytics experience. Alternatively, Employer will accept Bachelor of Science or equivalent foreign degree in Business Administration, or related market research field, plus Five 5 years post baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered, or as a Sales Manager, or related Sales or Analytics experience. Position requires knowledge of or experience with, Statistical applications specific to Marketing research. Statistical Market Research Tools. Statistical Analytic Processes. Marketing Strategy skills to apply a more strategic lens to business decisions
E-commerce. Academic journal SWOT and subject analysis. Experience with a major Consumer Packaged Goods company.
