<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>We are looking for a Studio and Traffic Manager to join the Wells Fargo team.  The Enterprise Marketing Services team is taking our internal agency to the next level. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented process-driven leader to bring a fresh perspective to what an internal agency can do for our business. We are a growing organization and this role is critical in helping us tell the Wells Fargo story to our existing clients, future clients, team members and other stakeholders. As the Studio and Traffic Manager for the Enterprise Marketing Services team, you will provide leadership to our studio and workflow management processes, from concept to completion for Wells Fargo lines of business.  You will work together with our designers, writers, traffic and production teams, and account executives on deliverables that include but not limited to collateral, direct mail, web/digital design, mobile apps and print. Together, we will partner with our businesses to help clients succeed financially. You will play an important role in making sure our projects are delivered on time and with a high degree of quality Key accountabilities:  Oversee studio and traffic teams for Wells Fargo clients initiatives.  Participate and lead process discussions that help solve business challenges and produce the work efficiently and effectively  Partner with Enterprise Marketing organization to execute and adhere to the Wells Fargo brand standards  Working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment.  Supervise, manage and guide studio and traffic teams  Manage project management workflows on a daily basis, monitoring project progress while troubleshooting issues and schedules, as needed.  Enable team to prioritize critical work and offer suggestions and input to manage resources and project schedules  Work closely with agency creative leadership to prioritize projects, balance workloads, and advocate for appropriate timelines on creative projects.  Keep all partners, clients and appropriate teams informed of conflicts, delays etc. negotiating deadlines and additional work extensions when necessary.  Expedite and prioritize rush projects accordingly, and moves stalled'' projects forward.Basic Qualifications: 7+ years marketing experience and 4+ years management experience.Minimum Qualifications:  7+ years experience in studio production environment a combination of both client and agency level experience  Minimum of 5 years in a studio leadership role preferred, including team and process management and a demonstrated ability to communicate constructive feedback effectively.Preferred Skills:  Bachelors degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related field required  Real-life experience in managing and optimizing digital work-flow management technologies in a creative agency to maintain order, managing resources appropriately, while moving the work forward efficiently.  Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.  Proven experience in developing effective vendor and project team relationships.  Strong customer service skills that help move projects along on time and on budget.  Experience managing a team with focus on communication, engagement and leadership  Strong working knowledge and experience of production methods, including print, web, and digital media.  Passion for the work  Team oriented and customer service focused.How to Express Interest in This Job: Wells Fargo invites you to apply for this job at https://employment.wellsfargo.com/psp/PSEA/APPLICANT_NW/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM.HRS_CE.GBL?Page=HRS_CE_HM_PRE&Action=A&SiteID=1&Opening=3683224.WELLS FARGO IS AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER M/F/D/V.
