This role will serve to lead maintenance efforts and improvements in the facility. Candidates may also become bench talent for future factory manager openings.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:* Leads and oversees all technical support to plant bottling and water processing equipment and general facility maintenance.* Coordinates onsite engineering projects and ensures compliance with safety, quality and environmental standard.* Design and coordinate plant Preventive Maintenance plans and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance through use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.* Provide technical direction for all capital projects for the facility.* Analyze, report, and communicate departmental key metrics related to maintenance systems.* Partner with Safety & Environmental to improve energy usage of the Plant.* Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all maintenance related activities.* Provide technical support to all continuous improvement activities for Operations and LogisticsKey qualifications include:* Bachelor''s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience; masters a plus.* Seven or more years of experience managing a maintenance or technical department in a manufacturing environment.* Previous maintenance experience in a food, beverage or clean manufacturing environment preferred.* TPM experience highly preferred.* In-depth understanding of preventative maintenance processes.* Ability to build relationships and gain results through others.* Ability to coach and develop front line employees and supervisors.* Prior experience with large budget maintenance and forecasting.* Ability to influence change and innovation in a team atmosphere.* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.* Knowledge and experience to plan and execute projects from conception to completion.* Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.* Proficient in making business decisions using facts and good judgment.* Self starter who requires minimal supervision.* Acquainted with Statistical Process Control.* PLC Preferred.This is a tremendous opportunity!
