To assist guests of OCC with directions, information and guidance in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner, while fulfilling the specific event requirements as determined by the Parking Supervisor and the Operations Logistics Manager.
Essential Functions
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Receive payment of parking fees and making proper change.
Balancing cash and unsold parking tickets.
Answer questions regarding parking procedures and lot regulations.
Perform other job-related duties as required.
Experience/Training/Education
2 Years cashiering experience.
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills
Ability to
Greet guests in a friendly manner and be professional at all times.
Stay calm under pressure.
Make correct change.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
Position requires standing for prolonged periods of time. Will be subject to adverse weather conditions. Irregular hours may be required.
