<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>The Business Solutions Support Specialist will be responsible for providing strong recruiting and some high-level administrative support to the eProcurement team, the branch offices, and to our corporate departments supporting Roths Vendor Management System accounts.  This role will also assist with answering phones, data entry related to recruiting activity, processing payroll for temporary employees, filing and other clerical work.  Bonus potential for temporary employee placement based upon level of involvement.

Working in a corporate environment with a team generally spending 75% of the time on filling orders for remote positions throughout the US through Vendor Management Systems 10% processing background checks and administering new hire paperwork 10% assisting with the administration of time cards, payroll and billing, as well as coordination with branch offices for order fulfillment and compliance requirements 5% records activity related to service in the StaffSuite system and prepares individual and branch reports as requested.
Filling orders will include various duties including searching for candidates through online job boards, communicating job requirements via cold calls and/or email to potential candidates, interviewing and screening candidates over the phone, submitting candidates through web based systems for consideration by the customer, maintaining documentation of activities in a database, following up with candidates as needed on submission status.
This position may also assist with the preparation of leads list for field offices will include various duties including downloading leads for various offices using an online leads tool, scrubbing lists for prospects that would be relevant to the needs of the field offices, in some cases contacting the customer to confirm contact names, entering the lead into the database for further follow-up by the local sales representative, communicating with the office on the status of leads in the system.
Answers telephones in a Company-consistent and friendly manner, routing calls to appropriate Co-Workers, as well as handling less complex client or temporary employee questions and issues.

This role is intended to be a 12 month position with the opportunity to move into a position within one of our branch offices.

College degree in business or other closely related field required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent follow-up skills
Self motivated
Comfortable with computer applications such as MS Excel and various exposure with website programs
Must be able to multi task and switch directions from one task to another frequently
No industry experience necessary.
