Supervising, trains, and coaches maintenance team members.
Coordinating, arranging and supervising the completion of corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with company operating procedures
Ensuring that maintenance crew performs tasks with minimal interference with production department processes.
Coordinating and supervising the work of outside contractors when working in companys facilities.
Ensuring that all equipment and furnishings are maintained in safe, operable condition or arranges for replacement.
Adjusting and regulating various pieces of equipment, and troubleshooting facilities operational issues.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years work experience in maintenance management
Strong technical knowledge/background in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing preferred
Formal training preferred
Practical knowledge of MS Office 2007 applications
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish
Excellent communication skills
Possession of a valid drivers license
