and procedures of the Center for Reproductive
Health, and in collaboration with the physician,
nursing and administrative staff, the Clinical
Nurse II will assess health needs and perform
functions specific to unassisted and assisted
reproductive techniques as well as andrology,
fertility preservation and gynecological treatment
patients. S/he will assess patient needs, then
plan, evaluate and participate in care for
patients/couples. S/he will utilize specialized
knowledge and skills for evaluation and teaching
within this patient population, and may act as a
resource person within the organization and/or
community. S/he will consistently project a
professional and courteous demeanor. The Clinical
nurse II shall comply with the Medical Center
house and telephone standards.f
