Person would answer phones, direct clients to sales staff, answer questions of items to rent for smaller jobs, meet and greet walk in customers, assist sales staff in proposals and booking vendors, ordering supplies for the events. Must have good flexible personality and customer right personality. Must handle fast moving office and tight dead lines.Must be great on the computer for proposals, emails, monthly picture and updates to past clients. Some filing and light office work.
