When helping in Chronic will work 3-12 hours.* Dialysis experience is a huge bonus andstrongly preferred. * You will manage a patient load of up to 25 patients who visit you monthly at our facility and who you visit 1-2 times per year in their homes. * You will be responsible for patient scheduling, so stellar organizational skills are a must.* Patient education is the foundation of this role and we are looking for a gifted teacher.  * Spanish fluency is huge bonus!* A strong work ethic, team spirit and FUN nature go a long way at DaVita so roll up your sleeves and put on your party hat!* Our patients are the #1 priority.
