Responsible for ensuring all services meets the expectation of the customer. Access to all Patient Health Information.Required:Minimum Education:             Bachelor&#39;s DegreeMinimum Experience:            Five years experience working in an Acute Hospital in Health Information Management. Required Course (s) Training:    Accredited program in health information management.    Req. Certification/Registration:   Certification as an RHIA or RHIT with education and experience relative to the size and scope of the organization.Preferred Certification:          Certified Privacy Officer Credential through AHIMA/HIMSSManagement Experience:        Three years supervisory experience required. In addition:1.         Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information, and release control technologies.2.         Knowledge in and the ability to apply the principles of HIM, project management, and change management.3.         Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
