From knowledgeable servers and bartenders to the decor of our restaurant, we have set the standard for upscale dining. Our culinary team is led by an Award Winning Corporate Chef with impeccable credentials. Our restaurants are located in the finest hotels, resorts and casino in the country.This person should be passionate about the food they create and have a strong work ethic. All chefs must have a true passion for delivering the highest quality dishes, understand flavor profiles, proper use of ingredients, and demonstrate exceptional cooking techniques.
