Access to all Patient Health Information for treatment purposes only.Required:Current license as an LVN, issued by the State of CaliforniaCurrent American Heart Association BLS certification (maintain current at all times)Current American Heart Association ACLS certification (maintain current at all times)Current American Heart Association PALS certification (maintain current at all times)IV Therapy Certification, issued by the State of CaliforniaMinimum one (1) year Emergency Department experience or five (5) years EMT experiencePreferred:Three years Emergency Department experience
