The nursing unit is a circular design for easy access to central nursing station with a ratio of 5 patients to1 RN with CNA and Unit Secretary help. Registered Nurses have multiple opportunites to advance into such as the areas only Level 2 Emergency Room and Trauma Intensive Care. Nurses can also build valuable skills with career advancement in our Cardiac ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU or Neonatal Intensive Care.We offer relocation assistance, mortgage assistance, and a personal touch to make your transition to the desert a smooth and enjoyable experience for new RN's or travelers staying in the community.
