<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Title: RN-CLINICAL 8 HR PER-DIEM DAYS EL MIRADOR PACULocation: CA-Palm SpringsOther Locations:Ensures and provides safe, quality patient care in the OR, under minimum supervision.Provides patient with safe, therapeutic and quality medical care by utilizing the nursing process (assessing, diagnosis, treatment) in a timely manner, setting appropriate priorities Complete patient charting accurately and concisely, safely carrying out physician&#39;s orders and documenting all activities Communicates appropriate information to surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR Manager/Charge Nurse concerning patient care/condition, room activities, personnel performance behavior, physicians interaction and equipment condition Participates in teamwork within the OR through flexibility and adaptability to changing situations Performs circulating and/or scrubbing roles within the OR maintaining asepsis or surgical environment as stated in OR skills list Follows all facility and company safety policies and procedures regarding one&#39;s personal protection and patient safety Adheres to all facility and company policies and procedures Complies with cost containment practices Participates in quality care improvement monitoring Attends and participates in in-service programs, communication group and staff meetings Maintains required professional license and/or certification CUSTOMERS SERVED: Patients, Families, Physicians, and Other Employees throughout the Facility and CompanyEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate&#39;s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two?year college; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
