<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYPerforms highly skilled maintenance of all Tribal Facilities indoor and outdoor premises. Responsible for advance maintenance and repair of all HVAC building systems.Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(other duties may be assigned) Maintains all HVAC and refrigeration systems. Performs preventative maintenance and diagnose all package units, heat pumps, VAV boxes, AHUs, RTUs, condensers etc.Receives Tribal Facilities Work Orders and analyze the issue, determines a resolution and timely implementation.Performs highly skilled technical work involving the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and other mechanical systems.Routinely monitors HVAC systems and equipment using computerized building automated systems. Responsible for timely repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance of all HVAC / refrigeration systems.Responds to emergency after hours calls for HVAC systems.Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and preventive maintenance reports.Performs departmental technical projects which will include, but not limited to , electrical and mechanical equipment repair in addition to to other dutiesPerforms other Non-HVAC related duties at the direction of the Tribal Chief Engineer.Must comply with all applicable ACBCI System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or G.E.D.Minimum 3-5 years HVAC  Field service technician experience.Universal EPA CertificationHVAC CertificationCertified HVAC Service Technician
