This per-diem opportunity will have a Friday 7:30am to 6pm schedule, and will help provide vacation / sick-time coverage at our outpatient imaging centers in Palm Springs, CA. At this facility you''ll use GE Logiq E9 equipment to perform vascular ultrasound exams. As a vascular sonographer you''ll:* Perform professional general and vascular ultrasound exams on incoming patients.* Recognize and document abnormalities and anomalies.* Respond to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.* Complete all paperwork associated with technical procedures.* Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patient procedures.* Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by management.We''re looking for experienced and professional candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient vascular ultrasound procedures. The successful completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, CPR certification, and at least 1+ years of vascular ultrasound work experience are also required.
