Will manage F-22 staff on general services, repairs, overhauls of aircraft to ensure aircraft is in good mechanical condition and safe for flight. Will utilize visual tracking methods to depict cost, quality and schedule performance, and provide guidance and leadership to effectively deploy Lean processes including support of Lean initiatives. Will maintain open lines of communication with management and customer personnel and give clear and direct expectations to workforce. Will keep abreast of changes in company policies.
