This would include experience with classified manufacturing, classified testing, and product support.Specific Job Description Responsible for collecting, compiling, and interpreting Security education and awareness requirements from various sources, both internal and external to Lockheed Martin. Creates and updates multiple briefing contents to ensure compliance with US Government regulations as they relate to the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and the Joint Air Force, Navy, Army (JAFAN) 6 series manuals. Coordinates relevant facets of the Aero-Palmdale Security Education and Awareness Program with various internal and external customers, Security Managers, and local customer representatives. Prepares and presents inspection compliance packages for customer Security reviews.Responsible for all Security pre-screen interview activities for the Aeronautics Recruiting Center (ARC). Exercises discretion in screening prospective hires to identify and explore potential impediments to successful Security vetting and/or processing.  Develops and presents initial Security indoctrination weekly to new hires and transferred personnel during the On-Boarding process. Palmdale''s representative for all LM Aero Tri-site Security education development activities. Develops requirements for automated Security training records management in the SESIDS database. Coordinates and obtains local customer acceptance of relevant Security training initiatives. Tracks various Security training requirements for over 4500 individuals (employees, consultants, contractors, field service, etc.) to ensure compliance with US Government regulations.Standard Job Description Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes.
