Greet customers

Store recovery / cleanliness / appearance
Assist with decorating, arranging and moving furniture items as needed
Process orders via computer
Process payments
Send out correspondence to customers
Shortage control and compliance procedure paperwork, payment, estimated date of arrival/delivery/pickup and etc.
Attend all required trainings and meetings
Exceed or maintain your sales productivity goal
Primary Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills
Computer literate  Basic PC skills
Some previous retail experience is desirable
Work schedule is Sunday through Saturday.  Sales Associates hours will be based on company needs.  Working Holidays and weekends are pertinent to your success at Easy Life Furniture it is the most lucrative days, thus more commission for sales associates.
Store Hours
Monday  Saturday 1000am to 900pm
Sunday 1100am to 700pm
This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, driven and willing to work on attaining self-goals. Commissioned sales can be as little or as great as one is willing to work.  This position requires extreme amounts of organization, follow up and efficiency in order to excel.  Sales associates need to adapt well to both the highs and lows of retail sales.
This position is paid on a draw system.
